Something isn’t quite right. Having agreed the scope of works for our renovation, we received the contracts for the job … this is where it ended. Having raised several issues and asking for clarity on aspects of the contract I was told it was all too confusing and that they could not deal with me emailing questions to them. Why did the registration number in the contract number differ from that held by the VBA? Why had a witness signed the contract prior to any other signature? Since then, they have refused to take any of my calls or reply to any correspondence … suspicious? Something to hide?Not being able to complete a contract correctly; I can only imagine what they might have done to my property!

I completed 3 years with this house and I still waiting and answer about all electric problems of the house. I still with not lights in some places of the house and a leaks that is damaging every day more the house. They didn’t install the smoke sensors and the floors started to see the bad installations of that. We send mails and calls and no body give solution and the house Is every day more evident this Isaura. In Theory has 7 years of warranty sometimes I thi k they are waiting that it expires.Poor services no I don’t recommend this company.

One of the most honest team I’ve dealt with and have never been more satisfied ! I was constantly kept up to date during the build , never lied to and my dream home was completed within the expected time frame . Have recommended to my family and friends already and will continue to do so .Thank you BBC Group !

As a second time builder who had a poor experience with a previous builder, it was important to cross out T's" and dot our "i's" numerous times if needed.Macca eased my apprehension and was fantastic and always responsive.Totally recommend this if you are after good quality and no regrets!!!9"
