I went to return a mac due to RAM issues just a few days shy of the internal return policy that apple has, regardless of the Office Works policy. I had really above and beyond help from the staff there. Thanks Sonny for helping everything resolve quickly!

Worst customer service, T***** staff is clearly not interested to explain anything to us. We just stood there for more than 5 minutes no one came to help, when ask for help he is just not interested and was like should I explain to you guys such unprofessional staff why even hire these kinds of people.

I had an issue with a notebook that I recently purchased for a family member. It was stuck in a reboot cycle. That family member's IT people had said to just take it back and do a warranty claim".I took it in this evening. Fantastic service, especially at the copy and print station. I urgently needed to print some photos with special requests just before New Year and my request was handled to my utmost satisfaction. The staff showed a lot of patience, were very friendly and processed my request very efficiently.

We went here Friday afternoon getting the last little things printed for our wedding over the weekend and Astrid was the best help. She listened to what we were needing and was able to help us pick the right finish for the card to be printed on and even checked if we had the foam core board for it too. She went out of the way to help us. She rocks at her job, next time I’ll come back straight to her.Thanks Astrid you are the best.

Waited in line to get some photos printed. Then told by staff to use the self service station. I tried 7 times to print my photos but the job was unsuccessful due to a server error that that staff knew about but failed to tell me. I was then told to use the online “click and collect” option, after completing that followed over an hour wait for my 6 photos.Next time I’ll buy a printer and do it myself to save my will to live.

Staff member made a reasonable request for me to take my dog out of the store. I was politely complying. He became aggressive . I explained that I had to take my laptop out of a sleeve and put it back on shelf first. He became more aggressive. Needs training in customer relations. Awful experience. I understand why people with disabilities have rated this store so poorly. Management :Check the security footage around 2:45pm on 25th March 2023 in the laptop bag area.
