I reached out for assistance in coping through a difficult period in my life and the world at large. The isolation during lockdown and the transition to fully remote work triggered the worst of my anxieties.The help I received in developing constructive ways to process my inner monologue and see the good in myself has had a lasting impact that I'm incredibly thankful for.

I have had several sessions with Tuk over the past six months for a longstanding family problem. I had seen other practitioners about this matter and while I found them somewhat helpful, I still felt I hadn’t dealt with this as I would have liked and that there was more work to be done. This is where Tuk came in. Unlike previous practitioners who I felt largely told me what I wanted to hear, Tuk helped me to dig so much deeper until I really ‘felt’ emotions I had been holding tightly. Tuk’s insightful questions, and her ability to stay present throughout our sessions slowly revealed more and more of the feelings I had managed to keep buried. It was not an easy process, but I feel more at ease with this longstanding situation than I ever have. Thanks, Tuk for helping me stay the distance to reach a point of acceptance and peace.
