What a great workshop, i had my CBR650 commuter serviced there. Really helpful staff and service. The invoice even stated what will need to be replaced on the next service. Highly recommended.

I SEND A STERN WARNING TO ALL ABOUT THIS LOT. Very dangerous and irresponsible. They charged me for work they didnt do $900 and then played the blame game when caught out. The main 2 are julie and mike the owners who i had the misfortune of meeting. Both cant justify their actions and you would think if i was posting a review of someones services they would defend themselves if i was wrong, but in true fashion, they cant. Do not use them, they are dangerous.

Brought a bike from them, on pick up bike stalled and was told he just forgot to adjust idle, as I always take a new bike to my mechanic for a once over I wasn't to worried and as the motorcycle centre had performed the roadworthy I assumed it was all fine. After I got home I injured myself and couldn't ride for a couple of months and my mechanic was flat out booked for about the same time once he was available he spent days trying to fix the idle issue and still can't figure it out. Even triumph was stumped. But they all agree that the bike shouldn't pass roadworthy if it can't idle in neutral without dying every time. I contacted Capalaba motorcycle centre a couple of times and spoke to their mechanic (who did the roadworthy) and was told I'd be contacted but never was. I've spent nearly $2000 after buying the bike of them and it still doesn't run without dying. I wouldn't buy off them ever again or use their mechanic. Even the purchase I found was illegal as they sold it for someone else who was not there to sign the papers. The papers were already signed and they dated it the day of the sale which is illegal. Just don't trust these people at all.

Mike and Julie are fantastic to deal with! Honest, Ethical and always giving great old fashioned service! A highly recommended workshop. Mike and Julie are professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest. Mike has a wealth of experience maintaining older, traditional bikes that other mechanics may not like to touch or enjoy working with.

Took a very tired Honda in to have valves adjusted and shimmed. On pick up engine was still rattling, and unfortunately didn’t ease as it warmed up. Took the bike back, mechanic had a listen and made the time to re do the job first thing the next morning, and loaned me a hire bike to get to work the next day. Sure, they made a mistake with the shims, but had no issues replacing the parts, and I thought that was very reasonable, particularly on a bike that has done so much work and would have been easy for a mechanic to shrug off and say “yeah nah she’s cooked”

I found Mike to be very genuine with honest advice, efficient tyre fitting service & reasonable pricing. Very knowledgeable with older bikes & willing to share. Thanks guys.
