Absolutely stunning flowers were delivered to my daughter in law. I'm in Sydney and ordered them online but I had some technical issues and I contacted the shop and they sorted everything out straight awayBeautiful flowers and excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.

Being in Brisbane and unable to see my friend and her newborn baby at the Gold Coast hospital, I absolutely appreciated the service I received to have flowers sent for her. Flowers for my sister's 60th were left by a courier in the sun on a 32 degree day. Suffice to say when she came home she found a very expensive dead bunch of flowers. I sent a message via the Botanique website and have had no response several days later. To say I am disappointed is the understatement of the year.

I paid a lot of money for big bouquet which would have been beautiful if the roses in the bouquet were as fresh as the rest of the flowers instead they were of poor quality

The choice and range to choose from was amazing, together with the order by 2pm and delivery same day for the GC. Everything Botanique said and showed on their website was EXACTLY what happened and promised. The flowers were perfect and ended up matching our friends styling perfectly. Definitely recommend with all the ticks.

Extremely happy with the flowers that I ordered for a friend's birthday. They were stunning, affordable, delivered extremely quickly and the team were lovely enough to include my random request of more white and blue flowers, as that is my besties favourite colours. Couldn't recommend this florist more! They're great.
