Went in to shop for having a new house carpeted. The service was nice and organised a staff member to come measure. They didn't turn up so rescheduled the following day. He turned up and was apologetic, did the measurements. Never got back to us. Doesn't appear to know how to run a business.

One of the worst businesses I've had to deal with.. took 8 months to finish a job off that was told a couple weeks. After first off getting the wrong colour carpet laid and blaming us for his stuff up. The owner just avoids you after calling multiple times going into store to see what is going on with the other half of the job. Then to threaten to send bill to debt collectors when he hadn't even finished the job. Please do your self a favour go somewhere else. The workers do great work but the owner it self is not worth dealing with.

Don't bother getting this store to do your floor got a quote in May still waiting for them to respond even two phone calls didn't get results anyway floor been done by carpet court a week ago
