Would not reccommend this place this anyone!I went last year and the person before me went a bit overtime and i heard him asking questions & seemed quite in depth but when it was my turn he spent 5 mintues on me and didnt ask any other questions! I had to tell him that yes i work at home aswell and that i did a course that i wanted to claim tax back. He said i shouldnt bother because i probably wont get it but he'll add it only because i wanted it on there! WORST PLACE EVER!

My appointment was scheduled at 7:30PM, I arrived 20 minutes before the session and they were closed. Wasted my time! Very disappointed.

Very poor communication. Waited a number of weeks after uploading tax details to cloud without response. Called twice and emailed asking for an update with no response or follow up.

I attended there for BAS. I saw Ravi Singh who is the manager of there. First he calculated my BAS statement first wrongly and after explaining to him he corrected it. Secondly he changed my annual instalment to 3 monthly instalment which I did not request

Very easy, and fast process to do a Tax Return with the H&R Block team over the phone this year - easiest tax return yet in 2020

I did a phone return yesterday. The manager - sorry, I didn't get his name- was professional and a delight! It's the first time I have ever done a tax return and enjoyed the process. He was so pleasant and helpful.

This place is a disgrace avoid at all costs for years I’ve had the same income and have always had a positive tax return this year I’ve seen these guys and now I owe $600 what a joke do you not go here
