So happy for the store to being doing so well that the dude can sit behind the counter on his phone and not even look up or acknowledge I was there. Really enjoyed him grunting some response when I said good afternoon, all while not looking away from the phone. So glad that all the questions and concerns I had could be answered online. I just dropped a lot of money to an online store when I really wanted to support local.

I went in in Friday morning and was amazed by the staffs knowledge and how friendly they were. Even though I explained I am new to painting they made me feel really welcome and helped with a heap of my questions. Great store I'll definitely be going back again soon.

Amazing customer service and a huge willingness to share ideas, tips and tricks

Michael and Morgan are always very helpful everytime my son and I visit the store. They know their products and give us great information to assist us to be better at our craft.

For everyone else, 5 stars. For the manager (Wes maybe?) I wish I could give 0. I don’t know what his problem with women is but he did not acknowledge me the entire time I was in store or at the counter. You’d think spending almost $300.00 would at least earn you a glance, but he even reached past my outstretched hand and gave the receipt to my partner (who did not pay and did not have his hand out for the receipt). I’ve been there multiple times but don’t think I’ll be going back again if I see him inside.

Wow these reviews really mimic my own experience and I am amazed that the owner doesn’t seem to even care (or actually understand how much a bad Google review affects the search engine algorithm).These guys really need to step up their game on their customer service. Super rude employees (or owner as well?). Basically just ultra nerds with zero social skills I guess.

Personally wish I could leave 0 stars. The level of service was dreadful. Have seen the game played a couple of times and thought it would be something my younger brother would enjoy. Spent 30 minutes waiting for the salesmen to stop chatting to his mate before leaving to get some food to come back for another 20 minutes while he chatted on the phone ( in this time watched another 5 people walk in and leave with 0 acknowledgement) when he finally got off the phone I asked if he would be willing to explain the game and rules to my brother and asked if we could play a mock game. He said no because I had scene the game before and mock games are strictly for people who have zero knowledge about the ( fun fact like my brother) but yeah ill go somewhere else that will teach us the game and will hopefully want me to spend money in their store

Brilliant games workshop outlet. The team there is super helpful and very patent with my questions. Their skill level with the craft is quite high and they share what they know and encourage others.

Almost a full range of products. 40k, aos, fantasy. Stock of paints, books and accessories. Most importantly, a place to meet friends and rivals and chances to play a war!

The reviews mimic my own experience.For the most part it's a positive, helpful and nice experience with a genuine willingness to assist. But once in a while there's a guy there that really seems like he's done with it all. Bad days maybe. Bad staff member maybe.I've been an Intermittent visitor for years and he wasn't always like this.If you're reading this my guy, I'm sorry that you fell out of love with this hobby. I'm sorry that you're still tied to it.
