Bella Rouge Hairdressing Salon

A very relaxed group of hairdressers, chatting, and laughing loudly across the salon to eachother constantly. Unprofessional feel to the salon in general and sadly the basic skills, like washing hair, on both occassions for me was a red flag. It was all a bit too 'Kath and Kim' for my liking!

Best hair salon I've been to in years!! Prices are reasonable and I always walk out with a fabulous new do!

It isnt very often that you go to a salon where you are treated more like a friend than a client. These girls are so friendly, kind and more than that they are efficient and do an excellent job. I have been coming to them for a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always recommend them to my friends and family . Well done girls. You add a touch of sparkle to my day.

Had a hair cut and colour. Bought in a picture of the hairstyle - left the salon with a boy cut nothing like the whispy soft cut I asked for. Nor was the colour as in the photo.It will take 6 months at least to grow - too upset to talk to the salon. Sent a message but the response was limited to go back to the salon. As my hair is boy short there is nothing that can be done - it is even too short for extensions.

$30 for a 10 minute haircut that was poorly done. No wash and no proper hair drying was offered. I'd rather pay extra to come out of a hair dressers feeling good about myself.

Amazing service, they dyed my brown hair a beautifuk shade of blonde and treated it so well, it feels very healthy! Their GrassRoots Movement products as well, have saved my hair from the hours spent in the sand, salty water and sun! 100% reccommend.

I’ve been going to Bella Rouge for years and don’t trust anyone else to do my hair. Very professional I always walk out happy, everyone is friendly and have always recommend this salon to my friends.

So where do I even start? One week ago today on Tuesday I had my hair done at BELLA ROUGE TORQUAY and what an extremely unprofessional service I endured. Not only was Belinda extremely rude the entire time but she also destroyed my hair. I was so concerned for my hair while in the salon but when I mentioned that to Belinda she completely disregarded everything I had to say and argued with me to the point of blaming my hair falling out MY fault although she was the qualified hair dresser right? She told me my hair was at its ‘limit’ although it was at its healthiest before entering Bella Rouge. The result of my hair was absolutely nothing of what I expected and she offered nothing to satisfy my needs, as a luxury service that is what I expect. I paid $190 for this horrible experience only to leave feeling and looking worse then I already did. A few days had past and I was obviously feeling really upset and embarrassed about my hair so I reached out to Belinda explaining this and she LAUGH reacted my comment about feeling this way and would send me thumbs up responses. Belinda told me I would get half my money refunded if I came in to the salon and signed a waiver, a legal binding document so I couldn’t write a review!!! that is absolutely not worth having other people make the same mistake I did by going to their salon. She has now contacted a lawyer because of it? Like she is the victim!! I am mind blown by this entire ordeal.
