Kahu holds a very present and potent healing space. Her warm presence allowed me immediately to relax and ground deeply into my body. She has an astute awareness of energy and was able to support my energy to shift into a downward flow, allowing embodied awareness and anchoring my life force into my lower centres.Thank you Kahu for sharing your gift - it is clear you are doing what you are ment to. I had an awesome session today with Free. He opened a door to a new way of healing the body and mind, with this I was able to start my journey on releasing and letting go of built up pain and trauma. He also connected with me on a level a friend would creating a much more comfortable experience.

I had a Zenthai Shiatsu treatment with Free that I was very happy with. The treatment was holistic and went deeper than the layers of the physical realm.Beside my neck and shoulder (which I came for) getting back a nice range of motion, I also felt I got a better understanding of the root of my returning neck injury. And I got to lean into full surrender. Free creates a safe space that feels held and spacious.

From the moment I interacted with Kahu and entered this incredible property I knew I was about to experience something special.The yurt in which sessions are held is otherworldly outlooking the incredible nature of this property just below Ninderry mountain.The experience I had with Kahu in my session (and the effects post session) truly went beyond what I could have imagined, she is gifted with intuitive healing hands.After coming out a period of hardship in my life where my nervous system felt wrecked, I was seeking healing. After my session, I felt a full reset within heart, mind, body and soul.The way Kahu held me throughout the session was gentle and nurturing while at the same time releasing physical tension throughout my whole body, knowing exactly what I needed.I have somehow felt restored back to myself in a way that has bought me back to authenticity and happiness within myself, and throughout my life.I am very much looking forward to my next session, and what will unfold on this journey of Zenthai Shiatsu with Kahu.Thank you so much!

With his genuine and empathetic nature, Free created a space for me to let go some of the burden that I've been carrying with me. I felt very safe and understood. Free did not just talk with words, but gave me the feeling he could read my body and connect on an emotional level, enabling him to help me very well.And in case this may sound too vague or spiritual: to me it was one of the most pure and real experiences I've had. I've never done something like this before, but it felt very natural.

Kahu has the amazing gift to connect herself deeply with what she does - I had the good fortune to experience the intensity of her connection with my body. Having been ill for over 3 weeks she worked on rejuvenating and restoring energy which was a very powerful experience for me.Her presence during our 3 hour long session didn't waiver for a moment and allowed me to fully surrender into the loving care of her knowledge and expertise.The world would be a better place if only we could all take time to experience deep healing and connection like this!!She's made a big difference to making me feel well again in my body.

I have had many Zen Thai experiences previously, and this was my second with Free. Both sessions with Free have resulted in profound shifts in my awareness, in my body and in my life. The intuitive and responsive flow of the massage allows the physical body to stretch, unwind, release and balance so beautifully. But Free’s capacity to gently guide you connect with what is underlying the physical and form clarity of intention for the session really allows for a much deeper transformation. The safety of the container, the spaciousness and stillness that is offered within the dynamic flow is so nurturing and you somehow feel so held and yet are completely on your own journey, feeling your own potency and innate healing capacity. This is what I value most. I highly recommend Free for anyone looking for a massage experience beyond the ordinary.
