I have never had a good experience with this post office, but today when I arrived to find a package after receiving an email saying my mail went to the wrong house, in the pouring rain 40 minutes before close, only to find the door locked and the rude woman who works there telling me all post offices close early because of the virus"

Horrifically abysmal service - the new owners are completely incapable of the most simple tasks like asking for a phone number, constantly hiding behind the generic Australia Post number. I wouldn’t wish using this service on my worst enemy, but I guess that’s the general expectation when using Australia Post these days. Use a courier!

Worst service ever. they have pre written not home cards which they place in the letter box without trying to attempt to deliver the package at all.Then I have to go into the post office to collect.. when walking in they can never find my parcels. There is no communication between the lady in the office and the lady delivery drivers. It’s a nightmare.When trying to discuss this with the lady in the post office she is grumpy and extremely rude right off the get go! as if i had done something wrong..It’s quite simple really you attempt to deliver the parcel to the address!Not pre written “not home cards” when i’m standing next to the letter box!!

Helpful and very efficient. Had to send an item back to China and had no issues. Lady stayed back when delivery truck arrived and got my package posted after 4:30!! Wow amazing service.Not sure why this store only has 2 star rating it should be at least 4 - 5 stars.

Since min and Steven have taken over we’ve had nothing but great service. Always ready for a chat and low wait times. They have turned the local PO into an efficient and pleasant place to collect our parcels.

This is a great little post office we should be glad and great full we have one in our suburb. It is easy to get to and not crowded as Gosford PO is always crowded and parking is hard to find. The service there is always helpful, friendly and efficient. I use this service a lot and I never have any trouble.

worst service, people are horrible to deal with. i accept it isn't these people responsible for our parcels not being delivered. that is Lisarow sorting centre and i'm organising a petition to have this changed however these people r impossible to deal with considering we paid for delivery and then have to deal with them.

Australia Post - Ourimbah LPO
Always a great service. Staff are kind and friendly, I’ve had to ring up a few times to find out about packages and parcels, etc. I’ve always been told who to contact and given the phone numbers. I think some of the delivery staff are to blame for late and lost post, but that isn’t Ourimbah post office’s fault. Some of the Tuggerah deliverers aren’t terribly good at their jobs. Just my opinion.
