Super relaxing setting and ambienceand amazing massage and service. Can't recall his name but he was so professional and friendly through the 2 hour full body massage

We attempted to book online and left a telephone message to book a spa treatment as guests at Spa qualia. We received only the sounds of Crickets,,,,,Nothing.... I re-contacted them 5 hours later only to be told that they were going to ring me back but are booked out until the 18th of February due to staff issues. We are staying at qualia for five nights, we are paying over $2000 a night it's a special event for us and we can't even book a spa....or a restaurant at qualia. What a joke..... when all I hear is how we should be supporting the Northern Queensland tourism industry ATM as they are allegedly doing it really tough due to Covid. We can't wait for international travel to resume so we can again receive real service once again.

Indulgent and relaxing! Becky was fabulous and we had the most wonderful time! I think this is a must when you come to Qualia, to have some time out to enjoy and relax! Beautiful setting and a lovely place you can do yoga also

I have been fortunate enough to be attending Spa qualia for many years and under the careful management of Nicolette, and more recently Candice, I have seen the Spa develop into one of the most luxurious spas Australia wise.The menu covers amazing treatments and the Sodashi/Samadara range is luxury plus. Every time and every treatment I have been gently lulled into a blissful state of relaxation.I would highly recommend a visit to the spa if you are staying at Qualia.

Awesome experience, great space and wonderful service. Qualia is amazing and the spa is another reason why we will return. Daily yoga for qualia guests. What a beautiful place.
