The experience with the team has been fairly good concerning the Frankston branch, but I would urge you to read down below, also might save you some heart ache concerning the comfort side of the car what’s lacking to say the least.How ever I recently bought a new Mazda 3 hatch, and I noticed quite a lot of noise pollution from the interior of the car when driving, almost as if there is nothing to stop sound leak from coming into the car it’s quite unpleasant.some food for thought it’s a beautiful car no doubt, but sound foam to stop noise leak would work wonders when assembling a car that’s clearly made for comfort, as far as the product goes that one over sight ruins the feel of the car, you would expect more from a brand new car so keep that in mind when purchasing the car looks good sure but the interior noise is not nice when on the move.It’s a Japanese car you would think it’s highly crafted to perfection with no oversights, but they cut corners somewhere as most large company’s would, what is disappointing knowing it could be better by a large margin almost feels like no attempt was made to reduce interior sound what is most likely the case, I would say 4.5/5 for looks of the car & 2.5/5 driving experience, that leaves a lot to be desired for the total package, go test other cars before purchasing all I can say.

My mum bought her car back in 2018 and had a great experience here, upon changing ownership the place has changed a little. She has come here every time. She’s had some difficulties but there are some amazing people who are always willing to help her and deal with the situation.Back in March mum and I went into the used cars to buy myself my first car. Here I met Ross Booth who was so welcoming and kind. He didn’t try and sell anything for just the price, he tried to find the perfect car for me. We were looking for a safe car for myself, so i knew id be safer on the road. He was nothing but the kindest human being ever. He made sure to keep in contact and was not pushy at all. He’s so genuine with his sales. Knowing it would be my first car he gave great care to myself and my mother. He did a fabulous job of making the car brand new again when I picked it up. He made sure any marks were fixed up to the bets of his ability and he put new mats in. Everything looked perfect and it felt as if I had bought a brand new car.If you’re looking for a genuinely great deal and to be looked after properly, definitely talk to him. He’s perfect at his job and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you so much Ross and thank you for checking in even after I had taken the car home. He makes you feel cared for even after buying the car. He is amazing at his job and goes above and beyond!I will definitely go in to thank this amazing person for helping me when I get my license, so he can see how much I appreciate his kindness. I bought a 2016 Subaru Outback here. The sales, Ross, helped me complete the transaction smoothly. Ross spent a lot of time doing some refurbishments on the car, including cleaning up any dirt and fixing exterior damages. When I received the car, I couldn't believe it was a 7-year-old used car. The entire transaction went very smoothly without any difficulties or issues. The vehicle status was also good, and Ross provided me with a lot of advice regarding using the car. Having had Mazda cars now for 20 years I’m confident Mazda will do a good service but only when Mazda Frankston learn to answer their phone and take a service booking. My wife called three times to book a service within the last 2 business days, sought a call back as the person answering was unable to take a service booking and no call back! Very disappointing Mazda and we won’t be the only disappointed customer I’m sure.
