Recently had our new kitchen designed and installed by Nadin West. From the initial point of contact to the after sales service every step has been absolutely professional.With every step of the process we have received exceptional communication and updates of the progress.Would happily recommend this company to everyone. If there was an option to give 10 out of 5 I would.

We could not recommend Nadin West highly enough and we are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom cabinetry! Not only does our new kitchen look fantastic but it also works so well functionally. All the staff that we have dealt with have been helpful and professional at all times.

After looking for over 5 months for a unique kitchen to have installed I thought I finally found someone, no my bad... my budget was 60K and was happy to pay as I wanted something unusual.But seems like David doesn't want the job. Came and measured up over 3 weeks ago and said it would only take a week to send a quote through and nothing, I've called 4 times to be told by the young girl that I'd get David to call and nothing.I honestly don't know how someone's business stays afloat.I certainly wouldn't go here kitchens aren't cheap and thinking staying local would help someone's business as the last couple of yrs has been crazy, oh well your loss ill spend my money elsewhere.

From the moment we made contact with Nadin West, to the completion of our kitchen, we received excellent and responsive service. After an initial consultation with Jemma she drew up our plans and very few alterations needed to me made - those we did make were due to our indecisiveness. It was just so easy. There was good communication regarding the coordination of the various sub contractors and the guys who did the installation were great and very particular with their work. They cleaned up after themselves which was a fabulous change from other experiences we have had. Our custom made appliance cabinet turned out to be a real ‘showstopper’ and exceeded our expectations as did the overall end result. Thank you to the team at Nadin West it was a pleasure dealing with a local, long standing and reputatable business.

Renovating an existing kitchen is difficult! Achieving the combination of maximal functionality and aesthetic excellence is VERY difficult. I can't imagine achieving that combination with a better team than we worked with at Nadin West. They listened to what we wanted, and did everything required to achieve it. I was particularly impressed by their capacity to solve the (inevitable) glitches along the way. No fuss, no problem, and solutions that sometimes left us astonished by the creative problem-solving displayed. Every member of the team was a pleasure to deal with, and they truly WORKED as a team. It was enjoyable just sitting listening to the banter as they worked. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you to everyone at NW, and particularly project leader David Nadin!

We engaged Nadin West for our outdoor kitchen. They did a superb job and the finished quality is excellent. Our kitchen has a large double hooded BBQ and 3 door bar fridge which have specific engineering requirements for ventilation and support. Nadin West developed the plans accurately and the finished product looks amazing. After looking at a number of companies, it was difficult to find one that responded in reasonable timeframes with accurate information and one that was reasonably priced for a custom product. I was really pleased with the feedback and scheduling information provided by the project team (led by Martyn) - will definitely use again.

This is our second kitchen installed and built by Naden West Kitchens and we couldn't be happier with the quality. From the first meeting to design the kitchen to the installation they were professional and well mannered. If I were to do another kitchen (which I will not ) I would use them again.Judy Handebo
