Old Bakery Stone Hut
One of my most favourite places to be. This is the third time we have stayed in the cabins, previously we were welcomed with wine and chocolates ( a welcome pack ) this is no longer the case. Very disappointing, we always looked forward to the welcome pack, we felt special. Now it’s just an empty room.

A must-stop when travelling nearby. Absolutely amazing pies. Tried the pepper steak and the Thai red beef pies and now I'm dreaming about them. Need to find an excuse to get back!!

Food is fantastic with some pretty good options on the menu, a little out of the way but worth it IMO, being able to interact with some pretty cool native birds in the aviary was an added bonus.

This is what I call a pie! So delicious with chunky and flavoursome fillings! I especially enjoyed the kangaroo and red wine pie. Absolutely worth stopping, or even driving out of your way for. They also have a petting zoo and aviary. Be careful, the birds are not shy!

It is a beautiful place for stop over especially for birds lover and good to entertain the kids after a long drive. They also sell ice cream. Though the pies we ordered were dry and a bit overcooked.

Oh my lord! What a feedStopped by yesterday and had a variety of pies, wish I took some photos!! Meal in itselfI had the chicken satay and it was thick and very deliciousMy son had the lamb and rosemary and that was also just deliciousMy best mate had the chicken and Camembert and that blew our socks off!! It was a great price and a very filling feed for sure!!

Pies were lovely. Staff were not…. Clearly vying for the Karens diner bakery version. Lady that served us needs to take some lessons in manners. Seriously you should not be in a customer service job. So rude and totally ruined my experience there.

Great place to bring the kids for lunch. Added bonus was the birds and petting zoo. Great pie floater, crocodile pie and generous serve of nuggets and chips.
