Gingin Water Mill
First time to visit Gingin. You turn off the main road to go there. It is like a quaint english village. The park with the water wheel and lock-like bridge over the pond add to this feel. Lots of older houses and grounds make it feel welcoming. A boardwalk into the wetlands takes you on a journey through the trees. Today the boardwalk was quite slippery as not a lot of sun gets through. The mainstreet of shops definitely make you feel you have stepped back in time. But it was quite busy with locals. Lots of new houses are being built as there are parcels of land being sold.A great place to visit.
