Great customer service! The man I spoke with was very helpful in answering questions and helping me fill out a lengthy passport enquiry. He was patient, kind and polite. I drive past two more local post offices and will continue to do so, even though they are busy, nothing is ever too much trouble.

Not open on Saturdays. How are full time workers supposed to pick up parcels? Especially when deliveries aren’t even attempted, parcels are just left at the post office. Then you get more cards warning you that parcels will be returned to sender. Not good enough.

Very friendly staff and always welcome everyone with a smile. This is exactly how it should be in a semi-rural town and why most people choose to live in this area. This however, is balanced by an impressive knowledge of PO services, and I am always advised on what is the best/most economical choice of postage. The staff are always polite, even when having to deal with the odd difficult customer. I cannot fault this business and believe it is a fantastic addition to our village. Those who complain may find the impersonal service in town more to their liking.

The team are brilliant. I too am really surprised at some of the feedback. Yes they do have a chat and a laugh over some of the local goings on, but that’s what keeps people connected....Kind off what a post office is meant to do I thought :)

not open Saturdays how are people supposed to pick up parcels if they work. on the odd occasion I have been in terrible attitude and difficult to deal with. Insisting on more requirements than shown on Aus post paperwork etc when setting up po boxes etc.

Moved to the area recently, and unfortunately the customer service is like no other post office I’ve been too. Very rude and unhelpful. Sent my own mother away twice from collecting my parcels. who shares my surname, had a copy of my drivers licence and written, signed documentation from myself to pick up my items up on my behalf. Just ridiculous. Having to now deal with this on a regular basis is something i’m not looking forward to.

Possibility the worse Post Office in Australia most of the staff do not have a clue are ignorant or too busy catching up on gossip. I worked for and ran a PO and would not employ any of them if Australia Post wants to know why they are lagging look no further than here. Bit of advice if you hate your job move on instead of making your customers miserable

What we do without the local Emerald Post Office. We can pay our bills, get our photo taken for legal documents, collect our parcels from the locked boxes and much more. They have a great range of mobile phones, books and a good assortment of gifts. The staff at the Post Office are friendly and very helpful. Great local service.

Standard post office but staff are excellent. Professional yet caring and down to earth. Happy to help in any way possible. Service can be a little slow at times due to the amount of people.
