Amazing staff and caring environment. Couldn't recommend highly enough. My son has progressed alot with Grace.

I've been bringing my client (12 yo with disability) to Chatterboxes for just over 2 years. I feel it my responsibility to review the incidences that have recently occurred, for Chatterboxes' future prospective clients.Initially, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and giving feedback at the weekly 1 hr sessions. However, over the 2yr period my client has had approx 12 different therapists, many time changes, requests to change days, changes in locations (from Minyama to Baringa and then back to Minyama), changes in session intervals (weekly to f'nightly) and session lengths (1hr to half hr) and all due to Chatterboxes time restrictions and staff turnover. As disruptive as this has been to my client, these changes have been accommodated.However, an incident occurred recently when I arrived to pick up my client. Instead of addressing the concerns in a healthy, mature and respectful conversation, the staff member, who i believe to be the receptionist, chose to run after me into the car park and berate me for arriving late. Without any regard for the circumstances and all in front of two children (12yo client and his 8yo sister). As it happened (and unknowing to the staff member), I was on the phone to my clients mother, who i had asked to hold" and who heard the whole unpleasant interaction.Mum was obviously shocked and disgusted and in her words the Chatterboxes staff "was loud and aggressive" and she wondered "if they would speak to the parents like that!"This attack was very unpleasant
