Beautifully packaged, handled with care and a loud enough knock to hear from the delivery person. Nowadays the knocks are so quiet you can't hear them. But this delivery person was fantastic. Thank you so much for making today just that little more fantastic. Already unpacked and tasted. Magnificent

Just got our first delivery of a large family box. EVERYTHING was so fresh! Honestly this has saved us so much time and money. We even got yellow squash, which we've not seen in the shelves here in a year or more.We have extra needs children and going to the store is super hard for us. Having groceries delivered like this is a game changer. So much better than the supermarkets. Thanks for making our day a little bit easier xx

My first Dinnerly Box delivery - so far has been delivered on time as advised in the communications, box is undamaged and the contents of food is fresh. So this is a thumbs up so far. I'm looking forward to trying some new recipes this week.

After seeing all the bad reviews about these guys - I was very apprehensive as to what might show up. Credit where credits due - well done! My order was an Easter order and it arrived today (day before Easter - perfect!) Box was in great condition and the contents were cool (given they were chocolates coming from Perth.) Well done HDS - no complaints here. :-)

If i could go lower than 1 star i would , missed 5 out of 6 dinnerly deliveries in a row - my time wasted trying to find them but no joy so having to shop for the week again! asked for a response as to why and what they will do and got nothing back.I have added a number on my house , put in a new letter box and added a glow in the dark number to the side of that so its easy to see along with comprehensive instructions and they still can deliver my product.Incompetent couldn't wash clothes in a laundry mat !!

For third week running delivery has been significantly outside the time advised via text (4 hours out today). Last 3 weeks driver has not bothered to knock at the door, even though I was home. Not happy at all.

Delivery and packaging is top notch. Accuracy of delivery is amazing. The quality of food is really good. Portions are filling and the day plan (snacks + meals) are filling.

I happened to be awake when the delivery arrived, but I didn’t even hear it! The driver was incredibly quiet and considerate. Most people just leave things at the gate, but the driver opened the gate (as per my delivery comments) and even brought it right to my front door. Very, very impressed and grateful for the service. Thank you!
