I don't normally write negative reviews on businesses, but I was so disappointed with my haircut that I feel compelled to share my experience. When I walked into the salon, I had hair down to my shoulders. I took in a photo of the type of style I wanted, which was hair about 3 to 4 inches through the top and tapered into the neck, with light blonde highlights. What I walked out with was a pixie cut ,-approx 1 inch long all over, and invisible highlights. All this heartache for $155! I have NEVER had such a bad haircut.

Have been here a few times and the haircuts are always decent for the price you pay. However, they need to work on prioritising customers better. Constantly left waiting every single time I come here even if I've made an appointment and often see other customers in the same situation.

The girls were all super lovely and amazing, but I asked for blue black and my hair is brown black, there is absolutely no blue in it at all, even in the bright sun. They also cut my toddlers hair and it's not even, the ends honestly look so chunky.

I was a walk-in appointment looking to get a style cut, hair treament and eyebrow wax. I was seen immediately, didn't have to wait at all. The lady who cut my hair was incredibly nice and I'm very happy with my hair cut. I have curly hair and she'd said that once my hair settles, if I wasn't happy with the length or way my hair was cut I could come in the next day and she'd touch it up free of charge. Amazing service, lovely workers and very well priced. For a style cut with treatment and 5 minute head massage, as well as an eyebrow wax, I only paid $68.

Saw Tiffany for the first time today. She was very non judgemental with my lack of knowledge on styling and care and taught me everything I needed to know and gave me a great cut and style. I was a walk in appt too and wasn’t left waiting for too long. Definitely going to visit here again, would recommend!

I have been going here for 20 years haircuts have been good to very good. The haircut I got last visit was not what I asked for and was the worst haircut I've had in my life by a longshot.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my hair to be curled for a wedding I was going to. Followed up with a phone call 2 days before appointment to confirm. Turned up to salon 5 minutes before appointment time and was told they were so busy they couldn't guarantee what time I would be seen by someone. No apology given, was just told we're really busy". As I had to be ready for the wedding
