Very professional. Komale (the director) is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us a lot. This company is number one. The best design I've ever seen. Fantastic friendly service. My only regret is not finding Embroidery time years ago! Highly recommended.

More like embroidery (not on) time! Arrived at 9:45am on a Monday, business hours say 9am-5pm, a sign on the door said “will be back at 10am”. Waited until 10:45am, tried calling multiple times and got nothing but an automated response. No one showed up....

I've used this company and dealt with Komel many times with a previous company, I'm now using him again as I cannot imagine that I will find the same service and cost elsewhere. Excellent work every time.
