I have been getting my Animal feed at this store for well over a year and have always been super happy with the quality of the product and the service of the staff Until today!! i will not be returning, i went in today to simply ask for a replacement of some stock that was not up to standard only to be spoken to in the rudest fashion and to then be accused of causing the product to be in that condition, would not listen when i calmly tried to explain that this was not possible as the product had been keep in the sealed bag that i had received it in, in my lounge room until opening it last night, i was then offer a grudging offer of refund which i excepted simply because i needed to get more feed, then told they could not make up any more of my feed and that i could buy a bag of 'Rabbit mix' instead. I sincerely hope that you do not treat you higher playing customers with such poor attitude and disrespect

Good, small business for a variety of animal needs. I get chicken feed and hay/lucerne bales.There are two entrances. Go around the back (Prospect Court) to get larger items (e.g., hay bales)

Powells stock fresh oaten hay for bunnies! I’m super happy to find this place as my bunnies love the hay. It’s not only fresh, but cheap!

An excellent store for pet food and supplies. Particularly good for poultry. It's an asset, so close to Canberra, being able to get bales of lucerne and hay delivered for a modest cost. The staff is invariably very helpful, especially Kieran.

Good store for pet food and accessories. Able to buy bulk amounts of feed and hay. Stocks feed for farm style animals such as chickens etc. Great friendly service with staff willing to carry purchased items to your vehicle.

Great services and prices, and the staff are great and helpful. Their website however doesn't show all their products, but other then that very good.

I never written a bad review, or even ever complained about a company, so for me this is a very big thing. Today I received the worst service I have ever experienced in all my years of shopping. The staff a totally rude, and think its acceptable to make fun or their customers, even in front of other customers. I will never be setting foot in this store again! It's a shame 0 stars are not an option...
