After 30 years in business, we have always submited our tax matters on time. We changed accountants hoping for better tax structure. How wrong we were. We have never experienced the absolute destruction of our tax situation until we entrusted TBA. They have ruined our business. They did not do the work; did not submit our tax for years, but told us everything is under control. TBA cancelled 80% of the meetings (they arranged with us) at the last minute- showing Zero respect for other people's time. End result- we have Fines, interest, late submission fees totalling nearly 100 grand owed to the ATO. We are financially devastated. Their lack of professionalism is their inabilty to conform to the ATO requirements; know what their clients tax situation is and offer some tax advice, show up at meetings. Up to the last minute we were with them, they have not once apologized for the damage that they caused to our finanices, which they are 100% responsible for. Our new accountant was able to clean up the mess within a month, showing that it was TBA's fault, and not our doing.
