Quack Pest Control

Quack Pest Control were excellent!I recently used them for a termite system replenishment and general pest treatment.The customer service and communication was excellent throughout the whole process (as i am a noob who just bought my first home and have no idea what i'm doing).The boys did a great job, and ended up saving me 2 grand on the initial quote, being able to use the old system (instead of drilling/plugging).I spoke to several different pest companies around Darwin, before landing on Quack, after a recommendation from a friend who recently used them. Do yourself a favour and just go straight to these guys next time!

Two years ago, i rented a unit which i thought it was clean, but it truned out that it was a colony for German Cockroaches, my property manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with, and after couple of emails she said its not her problem, deal with it, so you can imagine my frustration at that point, to make it worse i was in a such bad job that i paid more than half of my salary for rent, in my darkest hours i called Quack and come and have a look at the unit and i was preparing myself to pay for their services by by borrowing money from friends, when their Representative arrived to the Unit, he was extremely helpful and professional, put gel bait almost everywhere and assured me that it will be OK, but what surprised me the most that when i wanted to pay he said: its look like no one is giving you a break here and you just arrived to Australia trying to start your life, i want to give you break, he then left more gel bait to use, and didn't take a cent from me and just said, enjoy the rest of your day and call me if you need any further help! i will never ever forget your kind gesture Sir, it meant the world to me and gave strength to continue working hard to reach my goals in life knowing that there are still kind heart people out there! After constantly seeing their ads on TV, we thought we'd give them a go. Considering how much you normally have to pay for to ads, you'd think you'd value each and every new customer you get! Not quack pest control. I had to constantly follow THEM up just to try and book in an appointment! I had wasted so much time just waiting for them. IF I was happy with their service, I would've kept them on and supported them with our business on a regular basis. But clearly they don't need it.

I cant thank the staff enough. We had just moved back had problems with our house and they were so accommodating changing times, days on a few occasions.When they arrived he was friendly and very professional. Explained a few things and if needed would come back. We dont need you back as the job has done. Will definitely use Quack again and would recommend to anyone. Thank you all

Friendly staff but outrageous quote price so just go to Bunnings and get mortein outdoor spray works well and won't cost you thousands. Still can't believe the price we were given so didn't go ahead with the job shocking. The quote was under my partners name.
