I had a terrible experience. They showed up over an hour late without notifying me, weren't Covid safe, and were rough with my piano, leaning it on its side instead of lifting it, putting all of the weight on the short wooden end. I asked them not to, they ignored me and did it a second time. The trolly they used had flat tyres too. Then they demanded cash. I didn't have any, so they watched over my shoulder while I was trying to transfer the money. Then they didn't give me a receipt and I had to call the head office over 5 times for 2 weeks to get one. When the receipt came it had the incorrect date (over a year out), and they had fraudulently signed it for me.

Usless-refused the job and now refusing to refund our deposit.Booked a truck to move 8 large treadmills for the company I work for. They were they were given plenty of warning the treadmills were large and heavy.First they text at the arrival time (2pm) saying they would be there at 5pm. After a disagreement on such a delayed arrival they agreed to 4pm.4pm came, the loading zone was in use (15min max) they wanted to park down the road at the bottom of a hill. I explained wouldn't work as they cannot wheel these treadmills down such a steep hill as they weight close to 500kg.I suggested we move the treadmills to the street and when the loading zone is free they can park there but I'm not sure if that was due to language barrier or misunderstanding but he said it wouldn't work.When I took a closer look at their truck I said I don't think they will fit (we now only had 6 treadmills but had originally ordered a truck to move 8 and yet I wouldn't fit 6) the guy asked if they were heavy and large and I said yes and he walked off didn't even come into the storage location to measure them. After calling several times to find out what they were doing and tell them the loading zone was now free they would only answer my text. So I now have written evidence of the movers stating the job is too big and they won't be coming back. After sending this to the manager theyre refusing to refund our deposit. Even after we had 4 staff members waste 4 hours on their Sunday waiting around for this useless company.

Jai and his team were very professional, quick and effective in helping us move. Jai has helped us move a couple of times and we've been pleased with the service received on both occasions.
