Will call back when leaving a message.Week later and nothing.Not everyone can get into the store and my app hasn’t been working for weeks so can’t talk to anyone faster through Telstra app.Talking through messenger is like talking to a wall and I’ve currently been on hold for 1.5 hours to Telstra still waiting to talk to someone.Seriously Perth businesses need to pull their fingers out.

Absolutely shocking, walked in at 5pm on a Thursday to put a new phone on my pre existing plan and after waiting 30 minutes to be seen, finally got seen and was told that there would not be enough time considering there wasn’t many people and store wouldn’t of closed for another 1 hour and a half. I’ll go else where thank you

Waited for almost a hour with no actual structure of who next etc . For a simple 2 sec question. Surely 1 person can give direction upon entering or answer a stock related question

Went in to have esim installed on me new phone.Was definitely expecting the come back after one hour nonsense I heard from the Booragoon and Telstra shops. Nope just a pleasant charming Girl that said oh that's easy. we are busy but that takes 2 secs". Like Huh!!?took me drivers licence and details. came back with a barcode and said scan this after your phone goes sos. I was out in like 5 min tops. Bravo Lady Bravo"
