Lenger Reserve
Wanted to come and see the pug and pine cottage.Lovely to see .Then took a walk on the trail which I enjoyed .Bring sunscreen and bug off.Lot of flies and not much shade.Some of the trail goes through a creek bed so bring good walking shoes

Lenger Reserve
Great place to get out and about in nature, lots of wild flowers and birds. Grab a brochure at the start of the trail by the ruins and follow the loop trail around past the look outs, back along the creek and back to the ruins. No toilets and NO dogs allowed.

I love this place. It is so peaceful and really good for bird spotting. It is looked after by volunteers who do a great job.

Lenger Reserve
A real wilderness feel in this very old house and 3km loop walk beside Saunders Ck and zig-zag climb to height with views as settlers would have seen. Loved it.
