I have waited almost a 2 months for diffuser to come & have received yesterday but it’s a Himalayan salt lamp diffuser instead of the amethyst one I ordered. I’m unhappy with there communication as throughout waiting I contacted wouldn’t hear back fot a while. So angry I’ve waited so long & now wrong item… it is not just a cheap item I can not bother with. If I don’t get a refund or replacement I’ll be taking this further as I do not want this item! Don’t bother with purchasing from this site!

Terrible company. I have been contacting them regularly since placing my order on the 3rd of April, originally to chase up my order which never arrived and now for the refund which has also not arrived.Initially the reason for the delay, I was advised, was due to an office move, then I was told in no uncertain terms that my delivery had been delivered and signed for at an address in Perth, I live in Melbourne as per my order. At this point I requested a refund which I was told had been processed. 3 weeks later, nothing, they asked me to again confirmed my details, I did and now radio silence. Absolute cowboys!Update: in response to your public reply, it’s has been a week since I reconfirmed my details and it’s took a public review to get any response from you to confirm that these were received and that you were in fact following this up.

I paid $25AUD for an express post in order to get it as fast as possible. I know there are multiple delays for products due to covid, but it's been over 10 days and its still not delivered, not sure why you guys would offer this service and charge people knowing it's not really express at all? This was a gift and now there is no hope in giving it to the person. I ordered something else from Queensland and I got it in two days, It's just really frustrating and very un-transparent the whole process. I have barely had any notification or apology from the company or post service, no updates, how can you charge $25 for express shipping?. I emailed the company and NO REPLY! For a company that promotes inspiration naturally you can understand the irony here.

Ordered a DoTerra oils pack and petal diffuser along with 2 candles, got my order today. Great customer service, sent an email in regards to my order and had a reply in less then 5 minutes. Also love that you have Afterpay as an option for payment. Thank you for the quality products. I will be back for more.

Ordered three cords, 2 broke within 1 week. Contacted the company and they promptly offered to post me more.. three months ago. No sign of the replacements and no response to my multiple emails checking on them.

I made a purchase 3 weeks ago. I emailed the business twice and sent an Instagram message. My emails had been ignored. My purchase is still stating ‘order placed’. I simply wanted to know when it will be shipped as it was meant as a birthday present that just passed. 3 weeks is more than enough time to at least return an email if not to package and send the 2 items I purchased. As far as I am aware the items were in stock and available so no reason for delay. Had I received a reply to both emails I would not be here typing my first ever negative review. A business who takes a customers money and then to ignore that customer makes a business in trust worthy. I’m not made of money so the money I did spend in this business wasn’t loose change. Hope this isn’t the case that the business takes peoples money and they never see their product again.
