As I walked into Grand Guru, it's the amazing smell of India's spices and wanting to order your food and have an experience. The service was fantastic, can't wait to go back again.

Enjoyed the wonderful Banquet A for dinner tonight. More food than we could realistically eat in one go - but so tasty. Owners and staff friendly and nice. This place is fantastic

My partner and I dined in one evening and we had a great experience. The staff are welcoming and accommodating, and the food was very tasty and filled us right up! With the leftover food that we took home, it was well worth the money.

We were very pleased that we were recommended to try Grand Guru tonight. Couldn't fault any of the meals we had. Yummy naans and roti. Partner and son highly recommended the chicken tika starter. My vegetarian meal was great. Friendly staff. Good service. Takeaways were flying out the door. Took a takeaway order back with us to drop off at people who couldn't make it. They purchased the butter chicken along with other stuff and said the butter chicken was so good.Will definitely be doing the drive to go back.

Didn’t get the chance of eating in, so got takeaway instead. At First glance, I have thought the prices were expensive than other restaurants in Melbourne but I changed my mind after i have seen the quantity of food they provided. Its a really good restaurant closer to Mt. Macedon, must try!

Grand Guru Indian Restaurant
We have eaten at Grand Guru for three years and have always enjoyed the food,tonight not the case.Goat curry was tough and not very hot, chicken sagwala was luke warm and chicken was dry.It was quite expensive and unfortunately i dont think we will go back,a shame because it was one of our go to restraunts in Gisborne.
