Went into the shop, asked for a tyre puncture repair and Sam who was the man at the front said he’d do it for free. The wait was also quick, at about 20 minutes.Highly recommend. Very kind and lovely people.

Samuel is a very reliable person which for me is the most important thing when choosing a mechanic.I got charged $5950,00 for the road worth at Werribe Hyundai, so I asked Samuel about this and he confidently said bring it here.I end up paying $250,00. Sent my car to the workshop as I was having a squeaking noise potentially due to drive-belt or pulley issue. Sam helped to check the problem and informed me what issue I got there - he helped to tightened the belt, checked and let me know my air compressor is faulty and may need a replacement. He told me everything that I need to know and let me made the decision.Appreciate Sam's professional service and attitudes. I certainly will come back for my next regular service.

Great communication. Friendly service. RWC completed in time given. Will definitely return for other services in the future. Later....We returned to have our brakes looked at for intermittent squealing. We got several opinions, to be told everything was fine. And it was appart from the noise. Once again the guys here were very helpful, explained possible causes & various solutions. We went with their suggestion & replaced the brake pads with better quality ones. And it worked. Our car is a joy to drive again! Thanks guys. We'll be back & definitely not hesitate to recommend you to others.

As a driver of high performance vehicles I found this business to be Outstanding. I broke down in this area -Sam and the team at Ultratune were professional and fast with my vintage high end performance vehicle - I was initially apprehensive as it is a specialty vehicle however I will absolutely drive out of my way to take my Porsche and Mercedes to this centre. I found them to be incredibly efficient and helpful. I give them an A class rating. Their service is hands down superior than my experience with Porsche Brighton and Cascone Auto Sport.

Great service. Told him that it was recommended that the brakes may need doing at the last service ( not Ultratune)and he said there was a lot left on them which I thought was very honest. Definitely going back there

Called this morning to ask if they had any time to look at one of my tyres that was losing air.They said I could drop in and they would assess it. I headed over straight away and they had a look and within 30 minutes had fixed the hole in the tyre.The service was friendly and they didn't charge me for the tyre repair. Would go back next time as they were so helpful.
