We order and pay on full a month ago, uniforms and 3 double scrubs sets, but this comes with wrong sizes and models, they blamed the supplier and usthe customer" but don't accept them mistake. After several phone call and email we are still waiting "one month"to full fill the right order

Our experience is really sad. We own health centre, and we believed that we were dealing with a professional business, Mark the owner takes no responsability in what happens and left us with set of uniforms, half not really fitting, they are different in size. The brands he is selling had two batches with different sizes, Mark did not know and we did not know, instead of Mark protecting us and his business, he said it was his supplier and has nothing to do about it and blame me when I personally spoke to him and took all the measures. WE HAVE FULLY PAID over a month ago and has NO UNIFORMS TO WEAR FOR OUR DOCTORS. Our doctor are demanding what I gave them and then took it away as it didn't fit, it really made us look bad.He told me 10 days ago it was all ready to send us our scrubs, we haven't receive them after all this time.I will never deal with him again and be careful because he is quite deceiving on his promises.26/9/22Mark has written a response and as I said he has no professionalism or accountability.1-I am posting a picture the scrubs are 3 different sizes of M, so yes it was needed to change to XL because they were all different.2-Mark returned a bag with scrubs, but there was no pans on them, so I am ordering from someone else, no more waiting.3-this guy does not know how to keep confidential info, so do not expect that anything inclusive your measures will be private.4-Bunch of lies is all what we got in fully promoted and very unhappy doctors as after 8 weeks we as business have not been able to fulfil our promise as we believe in this guy, such as disappointing.5- Aggressive behaviour was your response when you saw your mistake, and because my husband kept on asking when we were going to receive you promised to send it.IT WAS ONLY WHEN YOU SAW THE GOOGLE REVIEW that you decided 20 min later to get the courier sending only Part of our scrubs only tops.We could see in the picture they pick it up from your store.6-WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR FULL ORDER AS WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT- Fully promoted-Fully deceived
