Hi JW Furniture - Received my Nora Entertainment Unit yesterday and am absolutely thrilled with my purchase.I was originally a little nervous buying a large piece online not seeing it in person with not a lot of information about the company.The customer service was exceptional with constant updates, the delivery company were also extremely professional and the actual unit is amazing.It is extremely solid and was quite easy to assemble.From the order being placed to receiving the item was very fast. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

I purchased and put in the order for the Alan TV Unit, Alan sidewalk Cabinet and Stephanie Coffee table in early Sept and I received (2 of them) the Alan's in late Sept, and the Stephanie early Nov (this was well informed on website before I submit my purchase). JW team has been really helpful and had a great system where I have received emails to update me where the furniture is, when it is arriving Aus and an estimate time it will be delivered to me. I also had some issues putting the sidewalk cupboard together. The JW team was very helpful communicating with me via emails and sending me some replacement screws to ensure I have assembled the product correctly. And the furniture (each and every one one of them) are just lovely and elegant. The quality is tip top and the finishing is just beautiful. By the way, the packaging to the products are immaculate as well where the furniture are well protected. I got the delivery person to open up the box to check for damage. Even the deliver guys commented on the packaging is very sturdy and strong. I enjoyed and love the whole experience purchasing from JW furniture. Looking at moving into a new home in 12 months and will definitely come back and shop. Well done JW. Do keep up the quality service and I notice nowadays not many other retailers provide the type of attention and service like you guys do!!! Thank you.

Definitely a 5 stars for the company and for the product. I bought Kinsley Entertainment Unit, as we were moving into new place,I didn't know exact day of moving. Wrote email to JW and they agreed to deliver it when it's comfortable for me. Great customer service.Accurate delivery. TV unit was wrapped into several layers with double corners/ sides protection.The TV unit itself is a great quality furniture and modern design. Very satisfied with it!Highly recommend JW furniture,you won't be disappointed.

I purchased the Nora Entertainment unit on line, Was a bit concerned when I was told I had to wait two to three months.Though it arrived, easy to assemble and great quality.When ever I contacted JW Furniture for an update I got reply.We are very pleased with it.

Absolutely thrilled with this tv unit. For such a big size, we couldn’t have purchased this for the same price in a retail store. Communication was really good throughout and the pre-order came within the timeframe advertised. Delivery felt like a personalised experience and the courier was fantastic. It did come flat packed (which was as per the listing) and everything fit well, you’ll just need a drill to make life easier. Really happy with the end result, the photo doesn’t do it justice.

Bought the Monica Walnut Desk for my home office and love it. The quality and colour are fantastic. The body of the desk came assembled, I just needed to attach the legs. Really well packaged too so it arrived perfect. Great service and communication from JW Furniture. Highly recommend this desk.

Bought a Jessica Entertainment Unit online. I was very hesitant at the start as I’ve never seen the quality of the products firsthand. The unit is very sturdy, easy to assemble and was really well packed. Beautiful design and has made a huge difference to our theatre room!Extremely satisfied with this purchase!
