1st time here. Pressed the buzzer. There was a bloke sitting at the desk, who I made eye contact with. Not a word from him, just walks straight out. Pressed the buzzer 2 more times, still no answer. Then another bloke comes and I tell him I pressed the buzzer 3x, and he argues back saying no I heard only 2x. Was waiting around for 15min with workers walking around the place. CUSTOMER SERVICE people! Improve it. Another customer came a little while later, who said this is just standard Stramit. Incredibly POOR customer service.
