Pat was actually at our complex today to help out somebody else and we walked past and asked him a question about our dodgy antenna. He then kindly offered to have a look at our antenna after he finished the other job - nothing was a drama. He climbed onto the roof, found the problem, fixed up what needed to be fixed and even tuned the channels for me! Pat was so friendly, efficient, polite and helpful. I was quoted $880 by another company to replace a complete working roller door in my investment property. I called Pat and he fixed the problem with the door in 30 minutes and only $100. Patrick was polite, punctual & thorough. Hard working & tidy. Set up my TV aerial reception to perfection. All stations crystal clear. Installed a large flat screen on my wall with no obvious leads hanging about. Brilliant! I’m happy and will be calling on Partrick again for any aerial connections.

His pricing is also extremely reasonable and the follow-up service (it turned out to be my fault, not the product!!) was as fast as the sales service. I can’t rate Pat highly enough. The antenna for our unit block got damaged in a recent storm. Of course it was a Friday night too! I raised a request through ‘HiPages’ and Pat was quick to respond. He was out the next day (Saturday afternoon) persevered through challenges and obstacles and got our TV coverage back. He is professional, but also personable. A genuinely nice person with an awesome work ethic. I don’t think he charged us enough for what he did - so extremely reasonable costs.
