I have never written a review before but this.. This I had to write about. Decided to have a movie night and order in a few bits and pieces from a few places. Pasta cup was said to take the longest to make so we went there last. As I got in the car park I received a call to say he would be 5 minutes (he was 15 minutes) while the food in our car went cold we also received cold pasta. Very disappointed. Not offered a refund or discount..

Ordered online tonight however they had run out of that particular item. I asked for a refund and was initially told by staff that they don’t do refunds but was later contacted by the Manager. He was very apologetic for them running out of the item I ordered and for having been told I could not have a refund. He processed my refund straight away and I was promised two regular pastas on my next order to make up for the inconvenience. I was really happy with the customer service from the Manager and the way he handled the situation once he became aware of it. We’re all human and mistakes get made. I appreciated how promptly he resolved the situation.

The food we received was very tasty. However, we also ordered a risotto and it was missing. I contacted Uber Eats to let them know. I also contacted Pasta Cup as we are a family of 5 and we were still hungry! The first person I spoke to was very rude and insisted the risotto was packed. I asked to speak to the manager who was also very rude and kept speaking over the top of me. He was “damn sure he prepared and packed the risotto”, therefore implying either I was lying or the Uber driver had stolen it! I asked for the risotto to be delivered to us tonight and he said no and hung up on me. Tasty food but we’re left hungry!
