Worst post office ever. It’s almost like you need to be the rudest person to be able to be able to get a job there.The woman who took my passport photos not only had a horrible attitude but took them incorrectly. This delayed my passport application that I had to pay extra for to get express. I go in again to take photos and re submit an application as they were done incorrectly and then the application is some how disappeared. They claim that they sent it to the passport office but the passport office has received nothing. They’ve clearly forgotten or incorrectly sent it, no surprise at all. You’d think making a mistake on an express case the first time would give you some sort of sense of urgency to take extra care when having to fix the mistake but they only continued to make more, causing me so much stress. Honestly this place is a joke

This should be a negative start. This post office is not open on weekends so how are.people who work Mon to Friday supposed to collect parcels? On 10 March 2023 I arrived at 5.01pm after leaving work early to try and collect a parcel.and the staff inside would not open the door. There were people inside and they even made them leave through a different door. I have never experienced such rudeness. So what happens now!

Parcel contractor in this area is too lazy to deliver parcels, so this post office is extremely busy. Staff inside the post office are too lazy to keep open until 5

Excellent service for my passport renewal. Got there as the post office opened 9am Monday morning, was 4th in the queue but served within 2 minutes.Staff was helpful and very kind! Thank you

Did not receive a delivery slip from the delivery driver, went to post office quite late after delivery and they still had the package. Impeccable service and very friendly.

I agree with the negative reviews here. The staff I recently have to deal with was very condescending and arrogant. This is exactly the same attitude of the so called manager, the “Aussie guy”. It’s a shame we have these people in our community.

The horrible attitude from workers. The manager is mean and rude. Very unprofessional. They lost"( as they said) my parcel cost me $10k and even were not bothered to help to find it until I called and wrote to the main office post-Australia complaint department. The manager just told me that it was my problem and kicked me out of the post office. He told to personnel not to serve me. It is not the first time when this happened. I have called the police.Two days later they found my parcel

Had a very bad experience in this post office. The old male Aussie guy who called himself the manager" is the very rude one. His unprofessional behaviours set a perfect model for his team

Why are they not open on Saturday? How is a 9-5 worker supposed to pick up a parcel?
