Gossip Nails mk Caneland Central

I decided to give it a go as they weren’t busy. Acrylic: the shape and technique are not good.More importantly, they are not friendly. I don’t feel welcome there. One of the lady that did my nail was grumpy. Wasn’t a good experience unfortunately!

I just want to take a moment to express that Sarah from Gossip Nails MK Canelands is absolutely exceptional! Her customer service and engagement with customers was something I think is rare and genuinely cared about the happiness of her customers. I experienced this not only with her service towards myself but also the lady before me, very friendly, genuine and talkative. After my slightly extended wait (which is totally understandable as they have many loyal customers) she greeted me and got stuck right into my nails. She had a perfect display of urgency as well as attention to detail that made me confident that I would be happy with the outcome of my nails and I was. In terms of the results she constantly checked up on me and made sure I was happy with the work she was doing and mended anything I asked along the way. Would 100% be happy for Sarah to do my nails again.

i got acrylic nails done and they were shaped horribly and just looked like such a rush job, they arent even the shape i want.

My wifey loves this place, and believe me, I've sat in all of them, and this has the comfiest waiting chairs

Nails are always good but the dude that’s always in the gossip nails shirt is rude as hell, I just asked him if he thought the length I had was a cm and he straight up said “ I don’t care I either cut it short or not, do you not understand?” Like Jesus.
