Today I placed an Uber Eats order from home for some ready-made microwave meals and some cafe food. I'd normally shop in person, but I am currently in isolation with Covid and needed some food to get me through... Sadly, when the order arrived, not one of the items I requested were arranged correctly.I checked the receipt to confirm I'd placed the order correctly, but most of the items I requested had been struck from the invoice and marked as sold out. The thing is, I'd only placed the order through X Convenience as a friend had just attended the store and recommended them on account of all the available meal options he saw. (All of the ready made meals were marked as available on Uber eats at the time I ordered too.)Regarding the cafe food, even some of that was stuck off as sold out despite being available on the app. It was also apparent that Staff at the store had replaced a sold out microwavable dinner meal with a hot bakery spinach pastry and charged me for it... These items are not even remotely similar so I just cant understand how one would consider it even close to an appropriate swap. (Especially with out checking with the customer..)Whatever the explanation, the facts are:- I placed an order for 7 items that were marked available in the app. (Confirmed available by my friend who was present at the store moments earlier.)- I only received 2 of the 7 items ordered, despite their confirmed availability in store.- Only 1 of the two items was close to being correct.- One item was replaced with another item that was not even remotely similar to the original item ordered.- Store employees made no attempts to contact me regarding item changes.- I have a hold charge of $85 to my account for the two items that I received from this sub par service.For any one in need of some quick and easy ready made food, I DO NOT recommend X Convenience, North Brighton. Especially if you're relying on it's 'Availability' through out your Covid isolation.I hate to think about the experience of others who may not have the means to order food else where given the cash holds on their account.

went into store after just being mopped, went to get drink from fridge and no wet floor sign in area or by front door and nearly fell over and manager was EXTREMELY rude about it, NEVER coming back! new store i was excited about but never returning! so annoyed

Was good price compared to others at the time. But the fuel companies are currently on a price rort in Australia to rip us off as much as possible to increase the fuel prices. As consumers we all need to be savvy in not using fuel outlets who have increased their prices more than others, best way to hit their pockets is to boycott any fuel station that increases the prices more than others. Our governments need to act on our behalf and regulate that fuel companies declare prices for each 24hr period in advance allowing us all to see who's offering best prices, this would force fuel companies to not be aware of others prices or to manipulate the prices with changes several times a day. There's no valid reason for fuel prices to be increased as they are doing, it's simply a scam to rip us off.

Toilets are always clean and petrol is usually a few cents cheaper here than the nearby stations.

Girl on registers charged me for wrong pump and didnt know how to fix error and neither could managerHad to call regional manager.All need more training

Great staff, good service, and a well organised service station.

Nice, neat and clean with very competiteive fuel and grocery prices. I understand that it is possible to get further discounts if you shop in Drakes and spend a certain minimum.It is a good idea to support some of these smaller service stations to provide solid competiton in the Adelaide market.
