As a licensed Real Estate Agent myself that is renting a property on the beach in Aspendale, Nadia at Key West is a true professional to deal with as me being a tenant. Answers her phone 95% of the time or calls back promptly, follows up any requests from me and keeps both myself and the Landlord safe by constantly keeping on top of all safety regulations and gas/fire tests.
