No data notifications. Can't top up data online. Charged us for leaving after contract was up. Support is about 3 people.

I have been with Bits Wireless for almost 3 years now. What I like is the reliability of the service. However, today it happened the first time the connection was disrupted for approx. 3 hours. Unfortunately just when I needed to start working from home. Well it can happen but most frustrating is that there is no 24/7 support where I could have just quickly made a phone call and ask how long that would be. I am working for an online business and not having internet connection is almost not an option. Especially as we work on the weekend and we are only 2 on shift to cover. Lucky I was able to use my mobile to setup a hotspot.My wish would be phone support not only email support and this 24/7 and for outages at least some notifier on their website, which would display a current outage so customers are aware. It's frustrating not knowing and sitting there for hours until service is restored without information.Another frustration I recently experienced was that they had new plans with higher data allowances available with exactly the same prices as the old data plans. However, I would have expected an automatic upgrade to the equivalent plan or at least a notification that I could upgrade. Also not really happy that I was told by the support person that I have to lock in for another 12 months if I switch to the upgraded plan, although I was already with them for almost 3 years. Not really customer friendly.Customer Service can definitely be improved.

Claim i cant get there service when my next door neighbour has it and i can pick it up. Very frustration to deal with as I have a clear view of their tower.

Been using Bits Wireless for over 12 months now. I'm a computer programmer, so speed and reliability are a must. NBN was not available in my area when I moved into my new house, so I did a bit of research and thought I'd give Bits Wireless a try. I've had absolutely no complaints. Infact NBN is now available, and i haven't change back. Thanks for the great service!
