We purchased a very large water feature, It was almost impossible to choose from there amazing range. We had two men deliver it that afternoon and when unboxing it, one piece was broken. Not to worry though, I sent some pictures and they had a replacement first thing the next morning. There service was great and I’m looking forward to heading back there for more!We’ve waited years to find a water feature that we love and thank you guys so much!

I spent $700 on a water feature, it’s made of concrete. As I went to pay for it I was asked ‘do you need a water pump?’. Apparently the $695 feature did not come with a pump (despite not one piece of signage anywhere in the business to advise so), I mean when you see a water feature on display, working with water flow, and a sign advertising it for $695, it’s fair to assume that the pump is included. So I needed to buy one. I was told ‘they are $120, but I’ll sell it to you for $60’ was the next offering. (Gee thanks). Once I had it home and installed it, I had to go to the hardware store and buy a connecting tube and plumbers tape to fix water leaking from the connection point. I made contact with the business and was disappointed with their response. 6 months down the track now and a water is now leaking through the bottom of one of the bowls. The feature needs to be topped up daily.Basically this hand made feature from somewhere in Asia below an acceptable standard.I’d never buy anything from this business again. Be aware folks.
