We Massage

Went there today and requested a ‘deep tissue back massage’ unfortunately after the massage, I genuinely left more sore than how I came in, not sure why the masseuse was trained to go so much over the bones of the lower back, they feel bruised now. Just in general don’t feel like much effort was put in. I hate leaving bad reviews but I also hate a disappointing massage.

I've found that you have to find the right masseuse to suit your needs. For me I like it hard and deep, and for that Danni is the man for the job. Some of the lady masseuse are to soft for me. Just make sure you find the right person and its great!

I have been a client of this business for many years and my preferred masseuse is Jenny. 5 Stars for Jenny, professional and polite.But today I was faced with a $20 increase in prices and a very rude front counter man who demanded payment up front; I have always paid post massage. When I queried the increase, he said that because I was using my health fund rebate, they charge more. When I questioned this he was rude, kept talking over me and simply talked and talked making no sense at all. He then let me know if I never came back that was OK. When I chastised him for his comment he quickly changed his tone, but simply would not stop waffling on and on. He is definitely not good for business. I have 2 other friends who have stopped going there, one due to the WE massage management not honouring a free massage entitlement after accruing 10 massages on a loyalty card, and one who was spoken to rudely as I was.I expressed my regret to Jenny and left the encounter.I would have thought an explanation, politely given, would have been more appropriate. Sad to say they have also lost this customer.Very ordinary gentleman today.

Not professional at all. Poorly trained staff. Not clean and outdated environment. Asked for remedial massage an foot reflexology service. There was no compressional massage or joint moving techniques. Caused nothing but pain an headaches even after 3 days.

Can’t go lower than one star... First they offer a service of 10 minutes neck massage for 10 dollars, but then when you go to pay they point at a 20aud minimum eftpos sign... so then they offered another 10 mins for 10 dollars but do a 6 min and charge 25 in total???? My girlfriend was furious, highly recommend to stay away

After many years of searching for a massues, I've finally found 1. Danny from We Massage. Does an excellent job. Would recommend to all.

Loved getting a massage here and had a VIP card. Had 10 massages and went to get 11th one FREE and was told card was no longer valid!! There is a spot at top says expiry date and it is blank. I pointed this out and then they said new owner refuses to honour. Still same name WE MASSAGE but outright refused. So i use another massage place now and they are just as good if not better. They have lost my business. No goodwill whatsoever. We were not talking much money here, it is the principal of it. Really disappointed as I was a regular and loyal customer for years!

Great place to get massage for men ladys we're very professional the times I have been here and gave me great treatment for my back well done We Massage.

My best friend and I paid $200 to be physically assaulted. Even with constant reminder to not use her elbow and knuckles she just couldn’t listen. Now our bodies are extremely painful at what was supposed to relax our bodies.I wish I checked your reviews before.We’ll, lesson learnt for me.
