Bought a hush rangehood, although the product itself in its core function is OK, the copious amount of plastic covering the stainless steel was incredibly difficult to remove and almost impossible to remove cleanly from the LED lights.all up, it took 3 of us nearly an hour to remove the plastic coating.The design of the chimney shroud is such that its impossible to install with cornices which block access to the grub screw at the top. In addition, the little recess on top of the canopy for the shroud to sit in is nearly 3mm on one side and insufficient for the shroud to fit on the other. A small detail but really poor as it meant having to use some blutac to prop the shroud level.Can't say I'm unhappy with the product but Im not exactly going to sing praises from the rooftop either.I think 3 stars is fair for this reason.

Poor quality appliances and very rude and bad customer service.We purchased a brand new rangehood 6 months ago and within 24 hours started having problems. It took them over 4 months to call us back with a take it or leave it" inspection appointment! It was not a convenient day for us

do not under any circumstances buy emilia products there customer service is discusting and there products are rubbish

Hi my name mary i bought an emilia free standing gas stove-oven in November 2019 with 2 years warranty since i got has it installed it has been nothing but problems the oven doesn't keep at the correct temperature even though iv had it fixed twice. It has burt or ruined my cakes and roasts , i am a pensioner and a carer for another family member and i thought for once in my life i would buy a really good high-quality stove/oven, spent over $1500.I could never afford to buy another after saving for years to get that one.I have complained to the company asking for a new one as its under warranty and there reply was gas agent that came out to see and fix the stove said it was fine that it temperature is 10° on either side of the legal rate, Now iv had alot of ovens gas or electric and they have always worked to the right temperature. Im appalled at the way i have been treated concidering its still under warranty. If you are thinking of buying an Emilia stove or appliances from that company be very sure you will not have a so called warranty like they say and they will not care if it is faulty or not so please DONT BY EMILIA

Hi David. That is a very harsh review. Maybe we deserved it for some reason. (BTW I am an Emilia employee so the 5 star is tongue in cheek) Our apologies. We really do try to provide the best possible service. I see on your other reviews that other companies have also not met expectations. We'll all have to do better.

Purchased a duel fuel stove 7 years ago, massive error. Last evening the the fourth heating element failed. I will contact gem tomorrow, the spare parts person is great he should be as I have become a frequent flyer with my element issues. I have questioned that the unit is faulty however the company seem to think that replacing the element every 15 months is acceptable. Do not ever purchase an Emilia stove.

I visited this outlet as I required a replacement element for my old Glem Gas/Emilia Oven, The Staff member was very helpful and knew exactly what part I needed, also was able to supply the heating indicator cover as mine had broken off years ago and also gave some advice and tips on how to remove and install the front cover as to not damage the other dials or covers. Also offered advice on how to lubricate the timer on the front, overall was a easy and pleasant experience obtaining the genuine parts needed to bring my oven back to life.

Bought an Emilia oven/range - oven is beyond terrible. Runs hot, runs cold, whatever the hell it feels like. Has never achieved the temperature it’s set at! Do NOT buy.
