Absolutely disgusted withe the service and the rudeness of Kate and her daughter. Booked and paid for a sevice, asked to have a complete service of brakes and bearings. Was told didn't need brake shoes.. ok...paid the bill... drove 5 klms home only to find one hub to hot to touch..problem not fixed. Had to go back again waste half a day and be made to feel I was was at fault. Very shoddy operation...30 years or not..maybe need to take a good look at your operation.The photo's of these brake are shot and put back on the van..blind Freddy could see that. No apology, not to mention the safety factor.

To ensure that only necessary work is performed on your van, make sure you're very clear about what work you require and how much it will cost, otherwise they'll go to town. Communication is not their strong point.

Had our first Jayco service and a couple of minor warranty repairs completed. All I can say is thank you very much, all completed on time. What a friendly company to deal with, will make sure they get all our returning business

Thanks again for the great work on my Avan. I had the weight checks and the van was 1kg out from being perfectly balanced!! He’d never seen that before. In this difficult, very busy time it is rare to get such great personal service. Very, very happy with the van!

Engaged B and B to carry out some warranty repairs and first service on my Jayco. They were very professional from first contact all the way through to when I got it back. Great family business and was Very happy with communication. Would recommend highly!

I have been using B & B caravan services for a few years now and nothing is ever a drama for them. Just had the van in for a last minute service which they were able to squeeze in luckily and also got a couple of extras done last minute which wasn't a problem.The team at B&B are amazing, genuine and always go above and beyond.See you for the next service.

Easy drop off and pick up. Van was ready when they said it would be.Returned neat and tidy

Friendly crew but you need to keep an eye on your charges. I took the van in for a full service and was hit with additional charges for work that should have been included. Make sure that you clarify the work that will be done and ask them to call you before they do work that goes beyond their view of the service inclusions. In the interest of fairness, I should say that some of the additional charges were cancelled when I challenged them.They also stuck a marketing sticker to my A frame, which may be great for some people but was another source of frustration for me. It did come off without leaving residue though.The service work that was performed was well done and was completed very promptly. The guys clearly know what they are doing.
