My partner has been going to see Adam for a few weeks now and has seen some wonderful improvement, with some very complex issues he was going through. After seeing the improvement and benefits of the sessions, I have also achieved great results. Adam is a highly knowledgeable practitioner and I would defiantly recommend him to any of my family members or friends.

I have been recieving treatment from Adam for some years now. Assisting with the management of migraine headaches and muscle tension. Adam is always able to pinpoint the areas needing treatment and identify the best solution to reduce pain and tension. Adam is clearly able to reflect upon his professional qualifications and experience to create a postive outcome. Adam is not only professional in the service he provides, but is also friendly and always offers exceptional customer service. I would highly reccomend this business for future treatments.

Nicole is an excellent myo therapist! She is also really friendly and great for advice and exercises to help build strength. I have been seeing her for about 2 years and would highly recommend!

Outstanding. The shutdown period became a lot less miserable and painful for me because I found Adam. Well-presented, friendly and cheerful, he really knows his stuff. A session with Adam is money well-spent. He has treated my back, glutes and TMJ successfully. I recommend Nicole as well. Forget the mediocre physios roaming around the West side. Go with Adam and Simply Soothing!

What a relief I found these capable hands! I've been treated by Adam since a few months now for various chronic muscle pain issues. He is very experienced, his knowledge of the body is incredible and he's got a good way to explain things. Easy to talk to and also a good listener, who gives you the feeling that he genuinely cares. He tries to find solutions/exercise homework that works for you specifically. He's been more helpful than most of the physios I've seen in the last years. I always look forward to the next appointment!
