Everyone from Instant Shower Screens has been great, from the first phone call to the install everything has gone smoothly. We couldn't be happier with our new shower screen and the service Instant Shower Screens supplied. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a new shower screen.

There's nothing instant about Instant Shower Screens. 2-4 week installation advised after payment of deposit. We saw no-one for 6 weeks despite repeated calls mostly unanswered. Received generic text message to say they were heavily booked. Small component of shower installed after 6 weeks. First appt they cancelled with 30mins notice, despite advising I would need to take time off work to attend. Finally 8 weeks later we had our shower but after 2 weeks the door dropped and the round of phone calls began again..... We now have a completed job 3 months later. Final job good but what a process.

Gil and his team at Instant Shower Screens were amazing. From my first phone call, the measure, and installation went very promptly without a hitch and all staff were very helpful and courteous. Great company to deal with. Recommend.

Instant Shower Screens Lonsdale, were recommended by our plumber and tiler, during recent renovations to our 30+ year old bathroom. Look no further, Gil and his team are highly skilled professionals, providing a prompt quote, measure, install and priced to please. Very rude and unprofessional. Finishing has been very poor quality. Wouldn't accept the fact that the water is coming out from the shower screens base and also from the door.Tells us to put towels and it will get looked at whenever he can. And now reading through other reviews it seems their standard excuse - blame it on tiler.And then also tells us that how can one shower with the shower facing the shower screen door. Also according to him that's the reason the water comes out through the shower screen door. He also says that shower water should not be hitting at the shower door directly or at the bottom of the shower door. And tells we don't know how to shower.Solution we personally found by buying Sandelford Shower Door Seal (SDS810) from Bunnings and replacing the one that they had installed.Even after second visit the gap between the shower frame and tiles was not filled with sealant. And kept blaming the tiling.But then they don't' like to listen or spend time in doing the work properly.We have now gone and bought from Bunnings Selleys 290ml No Mould Resistant Silicone Sealant and have to do it ourselves.God is great. Fantastic - would highly recommend these guys. Excellent communication with reminder texts letting us know exactly what was going on. Punctual, prompt and very professional. Craig went the extra mile with consulting us and making alterations to make sure we were happy. Great price too.
