We at OpenLot.com.au have been working with The Avenue Property Co and Cameron Pino for the last year. They show a true professionalism towards preparing marketing material, assisting prospective buyers and being responsible towards their developer customers.I'd recommend them to any prospective buyers, sellers or developers who require an exceptional real estate service.

Be cautious if you are renting from them, as they would ask you some “favours” to make themselves look good in front of their clients, but these favours won’t be returned or reciprocated in any way, so just go by the contract and don’t do anything for them beyond the contract, from the day one from renting the property, 1/11/20 we collected the key, Although keys were faulty, all movers and my all family member, we all arrived at the property, keys were not working, it was weekend Saturday, we called agent who handed the key, no response, we did video call to property manager George, to show him, no sympathy, just having his weekend time, at the end they arranged the locksmith in evening 6pm, I had to send back to movers with full truck of house Items, and unloaded the truck at friend’s house, as movers were getting paid an hour, second issue, we reported the fence broken panels issue, which is nail exposure, and broken panels are very sharps tripping hazards for kids who play at rear yard, we reported to Property Agent Vincent, he had no response, at the end multiple followed up, he said, get few nails from bunnings and fix it, As it is not major issue, as doing a favours for us, I was shocked and I’m not fence experts to repairs, that is part of the maintenance from real estate’s duty to look after as photos uploaded, third thing they ask me to conduct the online house inspection on 07/04/23, as some favours to do as they are located in Mentone, and property is located in Pakenham, it takes too long to get to property, as year 2023 having no lockdowns, inspecting house part of real estate agent’s duties, I had to spend an hour to write a report for each location and taking photos, that is not my job Also, I already reported all taps washer required to changed as they are dripping, at the end of exit condition cleaner clean this sink and sink drain cap, agent came back with their responds that sink drain is very mould, although it was already ongoing issue, mentioned in condition report that was already mouldy, lucky I had to go through all this things, at end she agreed with, because of having enough evidence, but it was giving unnecessary stress to renters only they can take care of landlords, but not renters, having a rental crisis in state that does not mean you guys can push to renters as you want, I would say good luck with your VCAT application, I have all adequate evidence to prove my point, been renting for 10 years, never seen type of this kind of real estate agent.Put it this way, being a landlord myself, I would not hire them as a property manager if I knew the way that they treated tenants, as I am simple and honest person and believe that you still can do a great job without lying or finessing people

Cameron and Paulina’s friendly & warm approach to selling made the purchase simple, exciting and fun! Their communication and professionalism is second to none. Cameron Pino has been an amazing real estate agent to me. He was able to sell my property in 11 days with a very happy outcome for me.
