Had a nice stay for 1 night. We had an accessible 1 bedroom. The only problem was that the bathroom didn't really look cleaned, but the rest of the place was nice. Quite spacious. Air-conditioning worked well, keeping us warm. Being near a main road/near Liverpool Hospital, you may hear emergency services going off a lot, just keep that in mind. Parking was confusing to locate at first. And it's a bit of an inconvenience to check in as you have to drive around the block, have someone jump out to check in, then drive around to parking, at least that's what we did. Other than that, I would recommend staying.

If you like clean hotels I would avoid this one. The carpets desperately need cleaning, my infant crawling on it would get dark stains on knees, hands and feet after just a few minutes. The dishwasher filter was covered in sludge. There were dirty oven trays in the oven. It’s noisy (neighbours and street). Housekeeping are pretty rude. We were there over 4 weeks and they changed the sheets twice and vacuumed twice (despite me requested additional vacuuming due to having a crawling infant). There’s a cockroach infestation on the balcony’s. The photos are of how I came home one day to the bed ‘made’ - sheets just thrown on the bed not even tucked in and exposed bare mattress. It’s just gross.

We stayed here because we needed to be close to the hospital so my daughter could have surgery the next day. We checked in late at night and was told we had to have a credit card to check in. We don't have one. I was with my 14 year old daughter. They were going to turn us away at 1130pm. They said they would take a $500 cash bond. So I had to go out and look for a ATM late at night to get them the money. So rude and no empathy to the situation.

Central location for the area with well equipped rooms with kitchenette. Car park is a bit hard to find on first access with rear lane access. Rooms are serviced daily and mine didn't have an option not to have it serviced (door hanger missing) but that was not an issue..Plenty of restaurants and a fresh fruit store within a coiple of hundredetwr of the front door and a well lit mall easy walking distance away.

I have stayed at this accommodation numerous times over the last year since moving interstate and needing to return to Liverpool for work. All my previous visits have been very pleasant - lovely room and pleasant staff, until my last visit a couple of weeks ago. I have always received a room with a balcony which I naturally assumed was standard. Upon receiving a room with no balcony and 1 small opening window, I approached reception and was told that the hotel was fully booked (this was a Wednesday and Thursday night) and that was all they had left, even though I made the booking over a month prior. I find this very difficult to believe! Such a shame they were fully booked as I had girlfriends come to visit me who were keen to book a room to stay in, however no point as none available - apparently! Obviously this establishment has no loyalty to repeat customers and as I told them, I will never stay there again so don't bother commenting that you hope to see me again because you won't. Very disappointing.

Overall this is a very clean and modern looking Motel. The room which I stayed in was quite cosy and clean, abate the glasstop table which had greasy fingerprints on the underside of the glass. I certainly would stay there again and recommend anyone else to do so.

We were happy with the accommodation and generally with staff mannerisms. But cleaning staff open the door after two or three knocks. This happened twice in my three day stay, after letting reception know I didn't want them to open the door during our stay. And the room didn't have don't disturb/ clean room sign.

Would not recommend this place for your stay. The rooms are nice and offer all facilities you need but I found that our room stunk like sewage everytime I entered it. Also on Sunday and public holidays no house keeping, but sad to charge customers a full rate when you don’t even offer house keeping on these days. Doesn’t make sense why any hotel would not have house keeping every day.Staff are average, I saw staff speaking with a. Man Regarding $200 bond on arrival as he did not have the money to pay it, and staff were not empathetic at all and treated this guy with no kindness.The area is absolutely scary, does not seem safe at all.

Staff were nice, bed was OK but bathroom was mouldy, lounge was stained, scratchy and sank in the middle. Did not feel safe or comfortable at all.Won't ever stay again, it would have been cheaper to stay in Sydney and get real 4 star quality.

Basic and comfortable, just lost a star for basic cleanliness. Cups, glasses, tongs were dirty. But they provided liquid detergent.. so hey! A quick clean is all it needed.Life is short. Make do with what left we have in it. Spend the moments with family. And that’s what this place gave us - that special opportunity.
