Honestly amazed at the level of customer service still allowed to continue in this place. I ordered nuggets, they missed them and didn't place them on my order. When I didn't receive the nuggets I asked about them and the lady at the windows told me I didn't pay for them, I told her not to worry about it and went to drive off to which she said well they're cooked if you wanted to 0ay for them so I agreed, she then proceeds to tell me I should listen better, ironically I have to ask her to repeat herself because I'm in disbelief that I'm being lectured when I was the person who was originally ignored and had been nothing but pleasant. She then repeats you should listen to us when we repeat the order it stops things like this happening" she then walks off to get my nuggets with an ear to ear grin on her face. I'm still not entirely sure if I imagined it or not it was that bizarre."

I always love pineapples fritters from there.Staff were friendly and helpful with people living with disabilities.I found little difficulty with the entrance with wheelchair.

The worst Chicken Treat I have ever been through. An extremely rude and nasty manager. Messed our order up 3 times and the 4th time I decided to call and ask for my missing food the manager was so rude about it. I am a regular Sunday customer but will never go there again. It is so close to home but I can not ever bring myself to go to this store again. Plus the drive through window is so dirty someone needs to clean it.I give this store no stars. Although the first young man who served me had a lot of manners. The manager needs to learn from him.....

Absolutely horrendous to deal with. The burger I brought was rubbery and so contacted the store. They advised they would replace eventually after messages and calls back and forth. A month passed and I went to collect. I had to wait for 20mins to be told there was no file for me even though proof of communication through texts was shown. They said they could take my other order but not help me with my replacement. Not happening I'd rather drive somewhere else and spend my money. Wasted time and money, never again. They lost a customer
