Full Care Shoe Repairs

Very rude staff ( or perhaps owner?) Brought a few pairs of shoes there for repairing. No hello how are you from him...First thing he said “ I can flx these heels for you on one condition...” “these heels are small, no warranty if I fix them and they broke.” I didn’t even get to show him other shoes I wanted him to fix soles for, he shut me down straight with his “small heels” warning... They are actually standard high heels... so I questioned him that other places would offer a limited time warranty. He said “go to the othe places that offer you the warranty” ..the way he said it was rude. So I confronted him “you are not very friendly here, you just lost a Customer who was prepared to give you the business...”the way he responded was hilarious “ we are not friends why do I need to be friendly with you?....” What a joke! I am surprised how the business survives with this kind of customer service? Perhaps people here only knows how to fix shoes but not how to communicate with customers? I would give 0 Star if I could

STAY AWAY from them. REad all the reviews before you deal with them. only positive reviews are from his family.The owner is a lying snake, will say anything for a $2 sale. In addition to this he does not offer warranty o refunds when clearly he is at fault.business like this should not survive in Australia, this man has no shame and should be reported to authority.

Sam offers amazing services across a range of skillsets from repair of shoes and shoe care products to battery replacements and key cutting.He has always repaired my shoes with materials that were more durable and higher quality than when new and always has the right battery for the right purpose!.I have been going to him for years and do highly recommend his workmanship and goods

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! I had a battery in my car remote replaced in December and it stopped working 2 months in. I returned and spoke to Sam, who I assume is the owner and the person that replaced the battery initially. He denied ever replacing my battery and when I argued I had the receipt which I did, he told me to “prove it”. Wow I was livid to say the least! They have zero customer service skills, zero honesty but 100% dodginess!! STAY AWAY!!!

Went to get shoe creases repaired, the guy who looked after me went out of his way to instead teach me how to care for my shoes long term and save money. Great service

Horrible customer service I have experienced, I bought pair of slides but were slippery and wanted to put rubber soles , asked if he was able to do and how much, he said it will cost me 120 dollars, I was shocked, that's how much the shoes cost , he looked at me said I don't care how much are the shoes that i price. I walked away and went somewhere else, what a rude man, don't recommend this place.

Excellent service every time. I’ve taken various shoes for soles here and for added protection or shoe grip. But the best thing was being able to have the heel of some beautiful leather boots trimmed down so they could be more comfortable and flat for travelling and walking. I have been back with more for him to trim. Worth the price and the time. Sam is dedicated, detailed and hard working. A true professional shoe repairer who knows his craft. Good advice on upkeep of leather too.

Sam takes a real pride in his work he has a passionate personality when it comes to shoes. He’s a one man show so take any negative reviews with a grain of salt Sam has a habit of telling it how it is!

Yea wow wish I would have read the reviews on here before even approaching this desk. Absolutely horrible and rude!! Glad he was rude enough to make me walk away so I didn’t have to endure what others on this site have endured. I hope this at least repels one person from this shop to save themselves the trouble.

Worst Customer Service!Walked up to the counter the man was scrolling on his phone I had to ask to be served. I'm getting married on in a few days and wanted my fiancé's shoes polished, he was scratching at the shoes and said Where these shoes been" "Where you wear these shoes" even though it is clearly non of his business where my fiancé wears his shoes I told him "dance lessons" he said "I probably won't be able to polish them" so I replied "I am happy to leave them and not have them any more damaged" He looked at me with a fierce look at screamed "I AM A SHOE MAKER WHAT YOU THINK. I KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT"Shocked and scared at this stage
